Exit from Exit 4 of Jongno 3-lo station, walk a few meters, and take the elevator in the building across the street.
The shop is on the second floor.
You'll be greeted by the GM (General Manager) and a handsome Japanese staff member.
Highly recommended.
On a separate note, ROCK, a Busan band, is playing on Jongno 3-lo.
That one is a few meters down the second or third alley to the left after exiting from Exit 5.
It's on the second floor, up a concrete staircase. Look for the rainbow colors.
The owner, who speaks excellent Japanese, made for a very enjoyable experience. I recommend that one too.

The entrance to the restaurant was hard to find, but I used Google Maps to get close enough to find the sign and was able to get there. The interior and restrooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff could speak Japanese and we had a pleasant conversation. There is also a counter, so it was easy to go alone.
