We visited every night over the holiday weekend of November 22-25.
I saw the comments of those who had already posted and overlaid them with the map and found the location easily.
We visited at about 8:00 pm. There were three of us: one Japanese in his 20s who spoke English, one Korean in his 30s who spoke English, and myself in my 50s who was making an effort to speak a few words of Korean.
The store girl spoke a few words of Japanese, so we sat down with the three of us packed in and had a friendly chat. The store's mom, Ms. J, came to work around 9:00 and the party got going, and after that, both the counter and the box seats in the back were filled up.
J-san knew that Japan was on a consecutive holiday weekend and said that there would probably be many Japanese people there this weekend.
Sure enough, every night after that, several Japanese in their 30s to 50s entered the restaurant, as well as a number of Koreans who could speak Japanese fluently or even one word. I enjoyed interacting with Japanese and Koreans every night.
On the first day, I moved to a karaoke bar with a Japanese expat I met at the restaurant, myself, another Japanese in his 40s who was visiting alone, and Korean people in their 20s and 30s who could speak Japanese, and we had a great time singing Japanese karaoke.
I wanted to venture out to other restaurants, but in the end, I had a fulfilling three days at this restaurant.

After reading your comments, I went to see if I could make it alone.
There were two groups of two, one with myself and one other.
There was one staff member there, as the mom was on vacation.
I did not speak to one of the two people or the other except when ordering. We were not even spoken to by the duo. It was supposed to be friendly and enjoyable, but it was not at all. Maybe it depends on the time. Maybe it is better to go there without any expectations.

I went there for the first time in August this year!
It was my first time not only in a gay bar but also in a bar itself, but it was very nice!
There were three people in the bar, including the master and a waiters, and they all spoke very good Japanese, so even though I couldn't speak Korean at all, I was able to have a good conversation with them!
There were about 10 customers on a Saturday night, and many of them were Japanese, basically all in their 30s and 40s. I was also happy that the person who sat next to me and his friend were very kind to me!
I plan to go back in October!
I highly recommend it!
