Arrived late and worried.
About 20 people in the sauna. It was moderately crowded.
It is a local area, but it is clean and has all kinds of facilities.
1st floor: lockers, showers, jacuzzi
2nd floor: Steam and dry sauna, gym
3rd floor: large cruising zone
This is Cambodia/ Overall, the place is quite dark. So in front of the sauna, showers or n some brightly lit hallways you should check other customers with eye contact.
Like other saunas in Cambodia, they were friendly to middle-aged foreigner men.
They were very active in motioning to me
I interacted with a few guys in the steam room, and had fun in the private room.
Around 8:00pm, the crowd started to thin out.
I took a break in the jacuzzi and left the sauna.
It's a little bit far from the city center, but it still only takes about 10 minutes by tuk-tuk.
As other reviewers have written, ff you have time during your trip, I think you will enjoy a different experience in this local sauna.

It was soooo good! As suggested by Amok, Call Grab to the restaurant called អាហារដ្ឋាន គន្ធី 9999. If you go for it, you will find it two doors down. Thank you! It's smaller than Love Spa or Hero Spa, but the facilities are clean, there are about 50 guys of all types on weekend evenings, and I was able to play with three of them in a row in a short period of time! The area is strongly local, but it's worth the trip! I recommend it!

Just came back from Route 38. You have chance to meet unpretentious locals.
Minor inconveniences will not spoil your choice.
Using Grab setting destination Eatery 9999.

You have got to take a Tuktuk to go there. It is difficult to tell the address to the driver so Grab is a good option.
About 15 people on a weekday evening. It should be enough to attract customers.
The facilities are not much different from gay saunas in the city. If you are tired of gay saunas in the city, please visit.

I knew this venue at this website and went there.
It took about 20 minutes to get there from the Russian Market due to the evening traffic jam.
I tried to enter the name of this place in Grab, but it did not come up, so I entered the name of a restaurant three doors down on the same street, "អាហារ្ដឋានគាន គន្ធី 9999" should be copied and pasted into the destination.
I think there were about 20 people there at about 7 pm on a weekday. The admission fee is $2.5 (10000 KHR).
The first floor is the entrance, lockers, toilets, and bath? (I didn't check because it was too dark).
The second floor is a gym, sauna, toilets, showers? (I didn't go in there because it was too dark.)
The third floor is private rooms.
The only air conditioning was in the lockers, and there were a few fans, so it was quite hot. I was sweating just standing there. Also, there was a lot of noise leaking out when I passed by the private rooms.
The guests were in their 20's to 40's. Some were cool and some were cute.
As is often the case in Cambodia, the cruising space was too dark to see, but this place was nice because there were areas where the lights were shining. Also, compared to Hero Spa, there were fewer people wearing towels over their heads or masks, so it was easier to make out their faces.
Hero Spa is more accessible, more customers, and not as hot, so if you have to limit yourself to one place, Hero is fine, but the customers in this sauna were not bad, and I would like to come back on weekends or early in the day.
