I went there in mid-August to meet up with a Japanese guy I met on an app there!
We went on a weekday during the opening hours (before 9pm?). We were the only customers there, but there were about 2 more groups that day.
Two out of the three waiters spoke Japanese, and they were very friendly in their late 30's and early 40's. We had a very pleasant time ^_^.
I was told that most of the foreign customers are from Thailand and Taiwan.
I don't know what the situation is like on holidays, but it was quite nice and I would like to go there again when I travel to Seoul ^_^.
