Came in at about 7pm on a Saturday. There were only about two people inside; we waited about an hour and only two additional people showed up. Maybe I came too early.
There were private rooms, but there were no locks and they were opened and closed by curtains.
Only Japanese people were allowed to enter, and the foreigners who came on the way were not allowed to enter and left (unfortunately).
Or prepare money 1500 yen in advance and just pay without saying anything, they maybe let you in.
