    I checked reviews and YouTube videos before visiting, but I realized that everyone has different standards, so the experience will vary from person to person. The quality of the boys is very hit-or-miss, so it depends on luck. However, there aren't many of these kinds of places in Ho Chi Minh City, so compared to others, it's not bad. My impression was, "This is typical for places like this in Southeast Asia; it's relatively clean, isn't it?" Regarding the boys, it's a good idea to write down your requirements in Vietnamese on your smartphone beforehand (easily translated with a translation app).


    [Location] From the city center (around the opera house and Saigon Centre), it takes about 15 minutes depending on traffic, but if there's no traffic, you can get there in about 15 minutes.


    [Changing Clothes] The changing area is behind the reception, but it's small, so you'll likely say hello to other customers. I didn't bump into anyone when I went.


    [Facilities and Cleanliness] The shower is clean, but as is common overseas, it's attached to the toilet, so showering near the toilet might be a bit uncomfortable for Japanese people. On top of that, I didn't really understand how to use the shower, and after fiddling with it for a while, hot water came out (lol). The room was small, with a big bed, but it was dimly lit, so I thought it was about what I expected, and it was sufficient for receiving the service. There was nothing in terms of facilities that made me think, "This is impossible."


    [Boy] Regarding the boy, it was like choosing from photos on a tablet. The boy who was showing me didn't understand English, so I ended up choosing based solely on the photos. The photos were enhanced, but even seeing him in person, it was within the range of "Isn't this about right?" While the photos were enhanced, the difference between the photos and reality wasn't that huge, but I guess it depends on the person.


    [Service] Regarding the service, the initial massage was quite strong and good, but I'm not sure if it was a proper massage. The fun after that was mainly handjob. Since it was straight, perhaps he was resistant, as his oral service was only a few up-and-down movements and then it was over. When I tried to kiss him, he turned his face away, and he didn't get physically close.


    [Price] After the service, I wrote the tip on a piece of paper, and since oral sex was included, I was told the minimum was 600,000 dong, so I gave 600,000 dong. The basic fee for the 60-minute massage was 300,000 dong, and with the 600,000 dong tip, the total payment was 900,000 dong (approximately 5,500 yen). It was cheap, so I guess that's about right.

    I visited at 9 PM.
    The receptionist told me this girl was the best, so I hesitated but chose her. However, she looked about 100 times different from her photo, which was actually quite funny. I wondered how they could even stay in business.
    The massage was terrible, and I wasn't aroused at all, so I ended it after 30 minutes instead of the planned hour. It was a waste of time. The bed towels were dirty, and the body soap in the shower after the oil massage didn't wash off the slime at all.
    At the end, they asked for a 500,000 rupee tip, but I said I couldn't because there was no actual sex, and negotiated for a 300,000 rupee tip.
    It's a really sloppy place, so you might want to go once out of curiosity.
    I won't be going back.

    Cash only, no credit card accepted. The same is true for the sister store, CBspa. Insertion tip is a minimal 800K.

    I went twice during my stay.
    The first time, I asked for what was a men's massage.
    I was expecting a minimal massage, but they suddenly undressed me and started sucking me off. Surprise. The girl liked to suck me off and kept changing positions for over an hour. I wanted to dig, but she refused. I didn't know there were people like that.
    The second time, I asked for a Thai massage.
    She did it so carefully that I was happy just to have a massage.
    I had told her in advance that I wanted to dig, so the conversation went smoothly. He was quite handsome and spoke English. He was quite handsome and it was nice that we could speak in English.
    I think I will probably go there again.

    I made an appointment via chat on Saturday at 11:00am. The chat was answered politely and a picture of the boy was sent to me and he gave me a recommended boy. I also asked in advance for the temperature of the room, etc., and they were able to fulfill my request. When I arrived at the store, there were no customers yet, but from my uncle's point of view, all the boys I saw in the store looked cute. The massage was a Thai massage including hot stones, which felt very nice. And the sweet older brother boy gave me a gentle tach. As other posts have mentioned, I offered and agreed to a tip fee in advance. I could tell he was straight, but I was personally satisfied with the established service at the restaurant. Even though I am such an uncle, they smile at me and cheer me up. I wanted to improve myself a little. It was an enjoyable trip to Ho Chi Minh City. I would like to come back again.
    The minus point is that the shower was cold when I was there.
    On the plus side, I saw some cute boys other than the boy in charge.

    The location is a little hard to find going into an alley, so I went with the help of Google.
    The tablet looks like the image has been modified too much, but I picked him up in a leather harness, expecting rough play.

    We undressed and changed into gowns in a neat locker room (a bit cramped), and the shower room is small but clean. The bed in the spacious room at the end of the hallway is low and wide for a massage bed, and you can already tell that it's for fucking only. (Laughs)

    So it is easy to find - the pictures do not reflect the actual experience - the townhouse is old and a little dirty - on an alley so if it is raining you need umbrella. The inside is a bit run down and very small - no privacy at all. Lockers are shared with many people. The staff is friendly but very very very Assertive - aggressive - to offer you more “special” services. The massage was poor, keep leaving the room and talking and doing other things. A sex zoo of people looking to up-price you - think Bangkok money boys. Lastly no AC in the common areas and bathroom - so smelly. The bathrooms are gross .

    The spa is clean.
    But I do not recommend it.
    I went there with a reservation, but was told that the boy I boked was not available. At that point, I was like, "What's the reservation for?"
    The pictures and the real ones are totally different, so don't expect too much...
    After I came back to the hotel, I got a call saying that I had only paid for the tip....
    I had confirmed this when I paid by credit card...
    He said he was coming to my room to collect the fee, but he never called me back. They said they were busy and couldn't go to collect right now...
    I ended up going to the spa back to pay.

    This is the second time to visit.
    I guess it depends on the masseur who you selected, but this time I was lucky.
    He gave me a good massage and special service.

    I tried to make a reservation in advance via Whatsapp in English, but the response was ridiculous and the pictures they sent me were almost a scam. The boy who is the most important is very demanding for tips and changes his attitude when I refuse to go on the main course. I will never go there again.
