I have been to Matt Bar many times and love them, I hope they will flourish again, but I feel that it's difficult because the other bars in Zhongshan also have very few customers.
By the way, I think the main area for karaoke bars in Taipei is shifting from Zhongshan to Ximending after the Covid-19 pandemic.
In Ximending, there are at least three karaoke bars like Matt Bar that offer multiple box seats and bottles of whiskey and other drinks. And all of them are crowded.
