The master speaks Japanese, so you can enjoy yourself without worries.
I went there for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemi, and the master was looked good.
I went on the first day of a three-day-holiday in Taiwan and the seats of the counter were full.
If you go there with friends, it would be better to go early in the day.
As for the price and menu, the minimum payment is NT$400, so it is recommended to drink more than that.
(A bottle of Taiwanese beer was NT$200, Budweiser was NT$100, and cocktails were NT$200. They will show you the menu)
The other customers were mostly locals and no one speak Japanese.
But if you use the Goole translation app, you can have a conversation with others.
Karaoke is popular in the bar, and there were customers who sang songs like Sayuri Ishikawa even though they could not speak Japanese.
I think it would be more enjoyable if you are willing to talk to people yourself instead of waiting for them to talk to you.
