I went there at the end of the year. It was my umpteenth visit, and I always see the same regulars there every time I go. The bath is lukewarm, so it's not hot enough for Japanese people. The showers are mostly cold water too, with only one lukewarm shower available. The private rooms have no tissues or lotion, just alcohol sanitizer. There are only three lockable private rooms. There aren't many good-looking Thai guys; it's mostly middle-aged men. Not that there are any old guys, though. Personally, I can usually get laid at Japanese cruising spots, but here, partly because I'm a foreigner, it's not so easy. Just as I was leaving, a Chinese couple arrived, so I ended up having a threesome with them. I get the impression that people from China and Hong Kong often come to cruising spots as couples. Even on weekends, it's not that crowded, so don't come expecting something like Bangkok. Instead, think of it as a social studies field trip and just relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Chiang Mai.

I know there is the size of the city and I probably shouldn't compare it to Bangkok, but it was terrible.
I went in on a weekend evening and there were around 10 people. The facilities are very bad. The area is huge, but everything is useless.
It is like a waiting room in an unmanned station.
The hot spring water is lukewarm, and the steps to get into the hot spring are probably made of marble on top. The steps to get into the hot spring are bare cement, probably because the marble on the top has fallen off.
Without money, no one will come, and without people, there will be no maintenance. I thought it might be the whole facility that the management is involved in, as mentioned in the other posts.

199THB, truewallet QR code payment. entered after 6:30pm. The staff at the reception desk, a boy with glasses, is cute. I left my backpack at the back of the reception desk, received a towel and a key, and went to my locker. Wrapping a bath towel around my waist, I proceeded through the building with many steps. There is a café on the right and a development/public bath area on the left, with water servers and sofas at the entrance and a dark coworking space (charging available). The development area is a maze with benches and private mattresses, and toilets at the end. The public bath area has a dry sauna (red lamp lighting that seats about 10 people), a tepid bathtub (37-38 degrees), and four showers, only one of which has hot water. The mist sauna has a U-shaped bench. The clientele is mainly in their 20s, with some young people, and many non-motivated people seem to be there. The atmosphere is younger than that of Club One Seven. Conveniently located within walking distance of the airport for showering and adjusting time before departure. I was given a big dick like a plump prawn by a dark-skinned, chubby monk.

Mainly normal builds up to 30s.
I was there at the end of the year and there were a few Japanese.
I don't think there is any demand for Japanese faces because Korean looks and Chinese-Thai looks hang out in the same lineage.
I work out hard, but I can't match at all here.
If you are not too picky about your looks or body type, you should be able to find someone.
The fee was 199 baht in cash only.
No tissues, rubbers, or lotions in the three private rooms.

Visited around 9pm on Wednesday.
It is tucked away in a corner of an outdoor mall, behind a Japanese restaurant, across from Robinson Department Store, which is located away from the old town and closer to the airport.
I entered the entrance, showed my passport and paid the fee. 120 baht (24 years old)
Enter the door on the right and you will find shoe boxes and lockers (padlock type). You should bring the minimum amount of luggage, as large items will not fit in the lockers. The shoe boxes are unlocked, so sandals are a good idea. There is a mirror and a hair dryer in the same area. Here you can take off your clothes, wrap a towel around you, and go to the sauna area.
There is a low-temperature dry sauna, a mist sauna, and a Japanese-style bathtub. There were quite a few people in the mist sauna. In the dry sauna, it was like enjoying conversation. On that day, there were almost no foreigners, but many Thai people. But I could speak English as well.
The clientele is mainly in their 20s and 30s, and there were quite a few people there that day. There were many slim Thai people who looked like they were working out.
There is a private rest room in the back of the building, where people were having a good time, but there were more people in the mist sauna than in the rest room.
There is only one shower with hot water. There is only one large bath towel, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and water server.

We stayed for a long time on Sunday. The facility is still in its infancy, so the facilities were clean.
The clientele was almost exclusively young, and although there were a few older people there, they were not treated by anyone. The maximum number of customers during the day was about 8, and in total there were about 20 customers during the 5 hours I was there.
The area where they do it is a little bit far from the SPA, in a different location.
The steam sauna was very small (6 people were crammed in there, and anyone over that had to stand or sit down forcibly). The steam sauna is very small (6 people are crammed in there and more than 6 people are forced to stand and sit down), so you either have to rub each other with the person sitting next to you or get along with someone at the SPA and move to another area to do it.
Since I don't speak Thai, if I was playing with my phone on the sofa near the entrance, Thai people would approach me in Thai, sit near me, or use Japanese translation to approach me.
Payment is by cash only; credit cards and 1000 baht are refused. If you have time to stop by because you are transferring to the airport, it is better to prepare 100 Baht ✖️2 to go there.

First visit & highly recommended! The customers were full of young guys, which made me feel I was in a wrong place. Good view! I was very satisfied with having fun with fit guys with big dick and big muscles for 2 days in a row! Entrance fee is 199 baht, lockers are small, shoe storage is separate, and there is a concern about theft. The building is a long, horizontal one-floor space, which may seem to be friendly for older people, but there are steps here and there, so be careful where you step. If you take a Grab, get off at the adjacent Japanese restaurant, Toriten, and head toward the soccer practice field, where you will see the blue-walled entrance. If you are looking for young guys, this is definitely the place to go!

It is very close to the airport. It is a great place to take a shower and sauna after a day of sightseeing.
It is easy to get there by Grab.
The interior is very clean. The sauna and steam sauna are small in size. There are about 8 private rooms, but only 4 of them have locks, and the rest are curtains.
There was also a large bathtub, but no one was in it,
So I took a quick soak in the bathtub.
There was shampoo or body soap in the shower room.
The clientele was a mix of good-looking men in their 20s to 40s, foreigners, and regular people.
There was even a dandy white guy, which I personally liked.
I went there just for a visit, but I was able to have a little fun, so I rode into the plane with a refreshed mind.

I went on a Thursday in May at about 6pm.
The inside is very clean but somewhat small?
It is close to the airport, so go there to kill some time.
Not many customers yet, but they are young.

I was there on Sunday from 2-5pm past and there were less than 20 guests total. Half were monsters, the rest were fine. About 70% of them were in their 20s or 30s. There were some macho and well-trained young bears, but very few. The entrance fee is 199 baht. The place was newly built and all the rooms are indoors, so it is outstanding in cleanliness in Southeast Asia. The atmosphere is good, with JPOP music and artificial flowers, but there are also objects of autumnal foliage. Close to the airport. Lockers are small, so you have to leave your backpacks at the front desk.
