I visited this sauna on Saturday in midnight for the first time for years. It was chaos. There were a few guys, bu the former bustle has completely disappeared. The visitors were mostly getting older.
Although I had a good time in the end, I was maybe lucky.

The admission fee has been raised to 250 baht. They are not crowded on Weekdays.

It was impressive as ever! I went there for the first time in several years, around 2 am on weekend, and it was extremely crowded! The guests were a mess, ranging from very good-looking men to very elderly men. The huge haunted house atmosphere is still there, and sandals are required inside the building. If you are not looking for cleanliness at all and just want to get laid in a small private room, this is the place for you. It is open until 6 a.m., so if you get horny in the middle of the night, this is the place to go! It is about 200 THB from Silom by Bolt.

I just went there a few minutes ago. The location is as others have told, cross the river north, take the second alley to the right, and the western style building is on the left side. There are lots of cars and motorcycles parked there, so it's easy to see when it's busy.
The facility is just run-down. I hesitated to use the water area. Shoes or sandals are recommended. If you want to take a shower, sandals are good.
I went in at 1am and fucked a big dick brother in 5 minutes. They don't have tissues or lotion, and they only give you one condom, so if you need more, you better bring it.
Overall, if you prefer eroticism over cleanliness, I recommend it.
