Information for January 2026. Open 3pm-23pm, price 160 baht. Roughly 70% local Thai, 30% tourists. The age range is high, but there are a few 20-30 year olds here and there. Most of them are not well-trained.
But it is not as grueling as the saunas in Bangkok, and the atmosphere is more laid back and relaxing. There is a pool and a view along the river, so it is a bit like a resort.
However, it is too far from the city center to come here on foot, and the songtaew doesn't run very often in this area, so you need to rent a motorcycle or secure your own transportation.

I stayed at the guesthouse for 3 nights, as I did last year. The rooms are now connected to the next room, and the door to the shower room, which was broken last year, has been repaired. On the first day, Saturday, I was with an Israeli who was completely high and out of his trunk full of dried mushrooms and leaves, which freaked me out a bit; on the second day, Sunday, I was with four plump older men; and on the third day, Monday, I was by myself. The guesthouse is old but clean, and the staff is friendly and will make you any food or drink that is not on the menu at the sauna bar. The sauna is free for guesthouse guests. I went there on Saturday and Sunday. There are many old men. There was an old man who had to be supported to go down the stairs. The building and facilities are quite old and not very clean, but there is a lewd atmosphere. I think that many of the white guys here are very flirtatious and like Asians.

Tuesday, 2025/11/11 at 7:30pm for 2 hours stay.
Admission: 160B (760Yen)
(10 min. by Bolt from Tha Phae Gate/ 30B (140Yen))
Went with sandals and cruised around with them on.
I read in the reviews that the towels are small,
But the towel was 120cm x 50cm and I could wrap it around my waist with room to spare. There were always about 20 customers, 80% Thai in their 20's-40's and 20% Caucasian in their 40's-60's. I went to a private room with an 18 year old student and a 28 year old Thai. I felt there were a lot of shy girls, but if you are aggressive, you can eat w(we are 53 years old, skinny with no workout). I don't have much experience with saunas, but both the private room and the large room seemed clean. The jacuzzi and pool were very clean and nice. I think anyone would enjoy the dark room in the big room and the dark corridor because you get touched so much from all over the place. after 9pm the crowd started to thin out. I plan to go back tomorrow.
I went to Chiang Mai Horumon (Japanese BBQ restaurant) 8 minutes walk from here, so I had a drink and went home π».

I went there on a Saturday afternoon.
When I arrived at about 2:30 p.m., there was no one at the reception desk, which made me impatient, but a staff member came running from the workshop across the street and told me that the sauna would open at 3:00 p.m.
We waited at a table next to the reception desk for a bit and then entered. 160 baht.
I was given a locker key and a towel in exchange for my receipt at the reception desk to the right as I entered.
The towel was a small size, so I paid 10 baht more and got a large towel.
Basically, we went barefoot in the sauna, but the concrete floor of the lockers and showers was dirty, so I wished I had worn sandals.
The clientele were local and East Asian people of various shapes and ages, and some middle-aged Westerners. As time went on, more and more people came.
The dark maze-like developmental space on the second floor was not very intense, as everyone was very active, and it was like finding a partner and having a quickie in a private room.
On the way out, I returned my towel and key and got a receipt in exchange, and handed the receipt to the receptionist at the entrance to have the exit door unlocked.
This time, due to the time of departure, we left after 6:00 p.m., but there were still local visitors on bikes, so the peak time may be a little later.
It is a bit far from the Old City, the center of tourism, but it is easily accessible by grab and go, so I would recommend it.

160THB, enter after 7pm on weekdays. Pay at the reception desk outside and get a receipt to unlock the door. When you hand this receipt to the receptionist inside, you will be given a towel and a key band. The lockers are padlocked and the keyholes are distorted, making them difficult to use. There are 2 showers outside and 6 showers inside, with light inside and no light outside. The mist sauna is pitch-black and requires caution. The restaurant serves beer from 150 THB and has a relaxing atmosphere with the Ping River in the background. On the upper floor there is a development area with TV and private rooms where you can see multiple people playing. There is also a new free space with surveillance cameras, but it is a bit sparse. There are many customers even on weekdays, and there is a wide variety of types, including Issanese and muscle-boy types. When checking out, return towels and check receipts before unlocking the door. There are few stores nearby, and the nearest 7-Eleven is about 1 km away. I had a threesome for the first time in a long time, and it all ended up in my partner's mouth. I was very satisfied. Unlike Bangkok, the time passes slowly in Chiang Mai. If you aim at the peak time, there are many customers.

I went there on the weekend. The crowd was as usual very busy, but the customers were getting older, and they were like customers of Heaven Sauna in Bangkok. There is a nudity event on Saturdays from 7pm. Admission fee is 140 baht (including small towel), but large towel is charged for 10 baht. If you want to play with young guys, Kaikan might be better.

I went at about 6pm each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in May. Perhaps KAIKAN is more popular for younger people but this place is the one that attracts the more customers.
There are a lot of people for the event that starts at 7pm, and there are many types of guy, but only a handful of good looking ones. Still, it's not bad if you want to spend a relaxing time.
The only thing is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the outdoor zone and they bit me on the buttocks.

I went there on Feb. 10th. Unpleasant trip. I found out later that I had two red spots on my knee that were still bleeding, praying it was just insect bites. The room was very dark couldn't see anything and I was surrounded by half a dozen people making me feel terrible.

I visited on Saturday, the 27th. I'm in my early 20s, normal build, versatile.
I went there around 7pm or before because I had time on Saturday after visiting all the places I wanted to go sightseeing in Chiang Mai.
The place is in the middle of nowhere, so I recommend taking a cab. Admission fee was 179 baht.
It was the nude night on Saturdays, and since it was also a day with a 7 in it, it was quite crowded.
There is quite a wide range of ages and body types, from young to old, from macho to chubby.
In terms of race, most of them were local Thais, with a few Caucasians? I don't know exactly.
The receptionist and the staff were friendly and guided us around the place in a polite manner.
I enjoyed talking with many people by the pool and at the bar downstairs. (If you can speak English, it's a lot of fun. If you speak Thai, it's even more fun.) I talked a lot with a gentleman at the bar who seemed to be a regular.
The second floor hustle and bustle area was quite crowded and the atmosphere was very raunchy with moans and groans coming from everywhere. I had fun with a few Thai guys in a private room. It all felt great!
Outside of the private rooms, they touch each other in the video room and also in the hallway here and there.
I enjoyed it until closing time at 23:00. (After 10pm, the number of customers suddenly started to decrease.)
If they are not your type, say "no" clearly. Also, you should definitely use condoms. I used the one I brought from my country.
The rooms are dimly lit and there are mysterious steps, so be careful not to trip and fall. Also, I was a little uncomfortable in the private room because there was toilet paper waste all around my feet, but I closed my eyes.
I personally don't like the sauna, so I didn't use it. (But it has a good reputation, so if you like saunas, you should definitely try it.)
Overall, this is a great place. I recommend it to all generations and all types of people.

I went for the first time on Monday 9/11 and Wednesday 9/13.
The admission fee was 99 baht. I don't know about other days of the week.
It was worth it just to take a sauna.
The sauna is open until 23:00, so you can spend a relaxing time there.
Maybe because it was a weekday, there seemed to be a high percentage of people in their 30's or older. Expect more on weekends.
