I stayed in both dormitory and private rooms.
Guests get free admission to the sauna and free bottled water every day. Employees live in the rooms above the bar 24 hours a day, so if you have a problem in the middle of the night during your stay, they can help you. There is no laundry service, so you have to request it by filling out an application form from the staff (paid service).
Breakfast is not included for dormitory guests, but you can have it if you pay 150 baht. Kettles, etc. are not available in the dormitories, but if you let them know you want one, they will lend you one. There are large lockers with padlocks for your valuables. The lighting is divided into small sections, so if you darken your side of the room, you can sleep without problems. The dormitory in the back has curtains. There is also a hair dryer shampoo and body soap.
The private rooms have a kettle, tea cups, instant coffee and Ito En, toothbrush amenities, and a refrigerator. They will be refilled with new ones when they are cleaned.
You can see wild squirrels, birds, and rare dragonflies among the plants in the building, making you feel like you are at a resort and making you feel very relaxed.
Thanks to the fact that it is a bit far from the city, there are many local, really cheap and tasty restaurants, and convenience stores and fast food restaurants are also nearby.

I have stayed in both a dormitory and a private room.
Both are cleaned daily. They always give you new towels.
Both rooms are air-conditioned. The dormitory room even has a fan. The only thing is that the dormitory rooms do not have a kettle, but if you tell them, they will lend you one all the time.
Only the dormitory rooms do not have a refrigerator.
Dormitories have large lockers with padlocks. Private rooms have a safety box for valuables.
There is no laundry service, but if you pay the employee separately, they will take care of it for you. If you wish to use the laundry, you will be given a laundry application form in advance.
The employees were very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
