The building itself is old, and the interior design has a Showa-era feel to it.
The building itself is old, and the interior is somewhat filthy with a Showa-era feel. You can't see anything in the dark zone, not even faces. It was past 8:00 p.m., and there were about 30 customers in total.

The clientele were in their 30's to 50's. No fat people, but middle-aged people. No fat people, but many middle-aged people. There was a young girl of about 18 or 20 years old with a small, beautiful body wandering around the building with three others, but I thought she was a boy.

    Nothing happened and we left.

I went there on Monday and Tuesday in a row.
It is a local area. It happened to be near my hotel, so it was easy to get there.
On Monday, I went in after 7:00 p.m. and there were quite a few people there, and after 8:00 p.m. we started in a dark room on the left side of the third floor. A slim young girl was being dug up, and I felt like I was being followed. I left around 9:00 p.m., but the bar closed at 9:30 p.m. I guessed everyone else had left, too. I found out after eating dinner at a restaurant across the street.
The next day, I tried again. This time at 4:00 p.m., which was earlier than usual. There were quite a few people there, but they were all waiting to see what would happen.
I had to leave early, so I thought it would be impossible, but I went to the sauna on the right side of the third floor and had a sauna. I was being sucked off, but it got too hot. We decided to go to the back and continued in a private room-like area. I didn't know there was a place like this.
I thought there would be a lot of local people there. But the peak time was around 19:00. It was interesting to see it start when the time was almost up.

The customer service and service industry in Vietnam is very simple, so the employees here also seem quite clerical.
However, I think it has a reasonable structure and clientele for exploring a developmental area.
Although there are only a few private rooms, the dark zone on the third floor is the most exciting (an employee is at the entrance and asks you to take off your towel), and it is often packed with people when you enter completely naked. Everyone is quite aggressive.
But I think the main thing there is to play touchy-feely. After all, it is pitch-dark.
There are five massage machines on the second floor, and it is reasonably clean and easy to play in, so although it is a little far from town, I recommend it. The clientele was 80% normal to macho, in their 20s to 40s. I think there were about 6 or 70 customers at the peak, but I hardly saw any fat guys. The peak time was around 7:00, and the number of customers gradually decreased after that. I think it is a fun place for those who want to have fun.

I tried to visit this local gay sauna.
I didn't know where it was and went back to check it out because I had passed it before.

I told the receptionist "no massage, just spa," and they seemed to understand. 100,000 VND, and he told me that they close at 10 pm.

It was after 8:30 and the place was sparsely populated.
I didn't know how to enter the place, so I looked around and imitated what I saw.
There were several large dark rooms, and I was sure that if there were people in the place, it would be fun.

Some guys were having fun in the room where had 2 beds on 2nd floor. And another guy joined us.

If you choose a date and time, you will have fun.
There were various restaurants in the neighborhood, which was nice.

It was close, about a 5 minute walk from Galaxy.
The lockers were small, so don't carry your luggage.
The cleanliness of this sauna was also as good as you would expect from a gay sauna in Southeast Asia.
There was a room with several massage chairs in a row, and a room with a screen showing Vietnamese dramas.
I thought the level of rudeness was moderate, but the dark maze on the upper floor was filled with nasty Vietnamese.
I got the impression that the place was popular in the evening as customers started coming in one after another.
