I thought there would be no good looking guys anyway, but a Taiwanese guy with native English was outstanding. He was macho and cute, with a Shohei Otani kind of vibe. The rest were 40+ untrained Caucasians and a few Thais...
This is the only place in Phuket, so I'll give it a ★★★ for the sake of convenience. I would never compare it to Bangkok, but there was a cute girl in the massage parlor right next door.
