I think no one wants to know about gay information in KL for order people.
But I, in my 50's and into older guys, am writing a review.
I entered the sauna at noon on Sunday.
There were already more than 10 guys.
There were 5-6 Indian guys, all huge fat guys in their 40s and 50s. Dark skin, beards, and hair style.
The two Malay guys were in their 50s with short hair and beards. They looked like they would be carrying a portable shrine in Asakusa if they were in Japan.
The two men were too busy to move, as if they didn't like each other very much.
The other one was a thin Malay young man in his 20s.
The Chinese were two 60+ year old men working out at the top gym, one 60+ year old man with a big belly, and two 50+ year old fathers.
In a large room with sofas in a darkened room, a plump over-50 father caught us and we made out with him.
After that, we went to a small room with a mat on the floor and had a 69 and a blowjob.
The big room was cool and air conditioned, but the small room was extremely hot.
If you like dads, maybe you should go early in the afternoon.
There were a couple of young Chinese slender boys when I left.

Going to this place regularly for past 2 years. Short 5 mins walk from 3 train stations (Monorail MRT LRT). A dream for chaser, most times, there is chubs n stockys, sometimes they are not into slim, be openminded. All locals n some tourists (Asians, some westerns) make the crowd interesting. If you find most guys waiting, try approach gently, move if rejected. Usually a 50/50 ratio slim/chubs. Peak hours is 5-7.30 pm, after that, most ppl leave. By 9, usually is preparation to clean and close. On the issue of cleanliness, it is well kept and maintained. Outside the showers area, floors often get wet which is normal. If activity room gets sticky, it is a good sign! Group fun is common, but because the lack of private rooms (there are 3 small ones), most guys play in the big open (dark) space. Sometimes, they play in the open shower space, happy to exhibit. Dark sauna has action, medium lit steam room is less playful. Weekdays <10 ppl is never empty. Weekend very crowded. Seldom leave unsatisfied.

It's like a local old-fashioned cruise club!
Not very clean!
Customers were not so young.
I can probably say this about Malaysians as a whole.
Basically they are waiting.
They don't seem to be too hardcore.
There were many people!
Admission fee had changed.

Stay: March, weekday Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Age range: 20-60's
Body type: 50% gangly and fat, 50% normal and skinny
Number of people: about 10 at 19:00, about 5 after 20:00.
Race: 60% overseas Chinese, 20% Malay, 20% Indian and others.
I went to this sauna because I heard it was the best sauna for bears and chubbies in Kuala Lumpur. There were few people because it was a weekday night, and there were only 10 or so, but the number of thick, stiff guys was half or less. Most of the chubby guys were of Chinese descent, and one fat Indian guy was sitting on a bench without covering it with a towel, but I didn't touch him because I felt uncomfortable with his too thick horny face. I made out with a reasonably plump Chinese guy right away and went into a room, so I was not able to tour the building that much. The private room had a bed on the concrete floor, which was very difficult for two fat guys to lie on. The upper floor is half open-air, and the private rooms there have open ceilings, so I was worried about mosquitoes coming in. It seems to get super hot in the summer. There are no lubricants or rubbers in the private rooms. The room is too small for sleeping.
