Since it’s open 24 hours, I stopped by to kill time between an early morning flight arrival and my hotel's afternoon check-in. I visited around 8:00 AM on a weekday; the staff told me it was practically empty, which was perfect for a rest—I slept in a private room until just past 11:00 AM, and there were only a couple of older guys around when I left. They gave me a free pass for a future visit, so I went back around 8:00 PM on a Friday. The atmosphere was completely different; the "orgy room" was lively. Just a heads-up: while I assume people are on PrEP, there’s a lot of swapping partners and raw sex going on. I hooked up with about six guys, mostly just receiving oral sex. There were more Thai guys than I expected, including a few younger ones, though not many had heavily muscular physiques. Also, there are bottles of lotion provided in each room.
The price is 300 Baht Monday through Thursday and 450 Baht Friday through Sunday; the free pass can be used on weekends without any extra charge.

At the reception, you're asked if you're a top or bottom, and given a wristband of a different color. However, the building is dark, making it difficult to easily distinguish the wristband color.
There's a bathtub, showers, and sauna on the first floor, but they don't seem to be used much; there were only a few people there, mostly tourists.
When it's time, the bottoms seem to be waiting in their rooms, sometimes with the doors open, sometimes closed, and they were forming a line.
Regulars seem to shower upstairs, and then quickly finish up and leave when their time comes.
They seemed to have done it several times, but the exact times are unknown.

It was my first time there. It's right in the heart of Silom, close to go-go bars and clubs. Admission is 300 baht on weekdays and 450 baht on weekends (Friday through Sunday). It's on the higher side for a gay sauna.

The locker key color changes depending on whether you're a top or bottom at the reception. Apparently, tops are green, bottoms are red, and bottoms are black. However, it's too dark in the dark zone to distinguish between the colors. It's a shame, as it's an interesting experiment.

The reception is on the second floor, and down the stairs are the showers and sauna on the first floor. There is a bathtub filled with warm water.

I went on a Thursday around 8pm, and there were around 20 people there. It seemed mostly Chinese, followed by Thais. There were also a few Caucasians. The sauna is large, so it might feel a little quieter if it wasn't crowded. It might be busier on weekends.

The convenient location is its greatest strength. If you're staying in Silom, I recommend either going here or Sauna Mania.
