Every day from 18:30-19:30 and 23:00-24:30 is Happy Hour when the admission fee for Taiwanese is 300 NTD, so basically this is the only time they come in. (It makes sense when you put it in Japanese prices).
Also, in reality, most of the customers come in from 18:30 and hardly come in from 23:00. Most of them leave between 23:00 and 0:00 before the last train.
I went from 22:30 and there were really many people then, about 150 people from what I was told. However, while I was taking a shower and strolling around the area, the number of people was decreasing rapidly, and finally there were about 50 people left for the night. I wondered if I had made a mistake in coming at the wrong time, but as a whole, there were many people in their 20s and the level was high, so I ended up doing 2 tachi and 2 uke. I am glad that I could make it, but next time I will go in a little before the first Happy Hour.

One thing that is different from Japan is the position of the key. The position of the key is different from Japan: left wrist tachi, right wrist uke, and ankle riba. There is no indication, so if you are not sure, please ask the staff. The position ratio of the visitors was balanced. There were even people who looked like they were in their 50s, but most of them were in their 20s. Also, there were a few non-Taiwanese, but there were also a few multinational groups doing a few things. There were few GMPD or stiffly trained people. I'm a 20-something bangs type slim libber and I think I'm rather popular lol.
Probably most Japanese are popular. You might want to go a little sleeker since there are a lot of short-haired types. Also, as a piece of advice, many people will try to talk to you for a long time, so politely decline with a polite "sorry" and leave immediately. You will waste your time.

Also, there seems to be quite a staff and they regularly mop up every corner. They seem to be very hygienic because of the smell of hypochlorous acid. There are no lubricants or condoms in the private rooms. If you want one, they will give you a set of condoms and lotion at the reception on the first floor. Condoms are rarely used by the looks of it. The prep is the mainstream, and almost everyone uses prep. You will not be shunned for using a condom. However, prep is mandatory and flirty! is fun.
In conclusion, I am so glad I went. If only there were places like this in Japan! I wish there was a place like this in Japan. I would rather not go in Japan and save my money and go here to vent.

I found this site very helpful when visiting my first overseas development site. I don't usually post on sites like this, but I hope that many people will enjoy it in the future, so I am posting what I have heard from local Taiwanese and my personal impressions. There are many things I would like to write about, but due to the character limit, I will omit things that are duplicated by others.

I visited alone at around 22:00 on a Saturday before GW. You can get a key and 2 towels if you pay 1,000 NTD at the reception. I don't think there is any conversation about whether you are Taiwanese or not except during happy hour.
I did not count the number of lockers, but I think there were about 300 in total. You put your shoes in the designated locker and strip naked. I was a little hesitant to do so, because in Japan, you basically wear underwear.
The room was very bright, and I wondered if it stood like a public bathhouse. I thought so.

I went to the first basement floor with all nude and a towel. The location of the stairs is hard to find. They are located diagonally opposite the entrance. In the bathrooms on the basement floor, the showers are in the open area and you put your towel on the shelf on the wall. For washing, you use a nozzle in a private room in the bathroom. I didn't like the lack of slippers, but I could take a shower right away, so I didn't mind.
There is also a sauna, bath, etc., and it is well-equipped as a normal bathroom facility. The number of people in the bathrooms was about 50-50, with people either leaving their towels in the lockers again and walking around naked, or carrying a towel and hiding it. Towels are not hung on the locker doors like in Japan, but are placed inside.

The second basement floor is generally dark, but you can see each other's faces. The rooms were not in the shape of the letter "L" but actually in the shape of the letter "H". There are about 20 private rooms with locks and 5 dark rooms that anyone can come and go. Taiwanese people are shy or something, so they don't talk to each other in the hallway, but if they are interested in someone, they go into the dark room and invite him or her to go to a private room. Some people do it in the dark room.

There is a sign on the stairway about the police, but I can't read it and I am not allowed to take pictures, so I don't understand it well, but it probably says, "The police may come to check for drugs and other dangerous illegal activities. If that happens, please gather on the first basement floor for your safety. This is for your safety. I think it means something like that. (Sorry if I'm wrong lol)
(I'm sorry if I'm wrong.) They didn't come during my stay, but I heard that it happens several times a year, so it would be better to take a copy of your passport with you.

The facility is fairly clean, with showers on the second floor, a rest area and such, and a drink bar. Shower enemas are available in the restrooms.
When you go down to the basement, there is a dimly lit "L" shaped passageway with private rooms and dark spaces on the wall and in the center. In front of the private room, there was a man standing in front of a private room. If a tachi-guy asked you to come in, you would go in and do it. There was also a waiter who was waiting for the tachi to show his ass.
In the dark space, I didn't know who it was, but I was having a lot of fun.
The clientele was mainly young and varied from thin to stocky, so it was not impossible to have a good time.
The entrance fee is high, but you can enjoy it.
It is about 8 minutes walk from the station. But I think it is easy to find.

Stay for 1 hour on Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
The number of people is about 30-40!

    Taiwanese NT$300
    Foreigners NT$1,000

I started going before Corona and have been about 15 times.

    Taiwanese 200 yuan
Compared to the days when there were about 100 foreigners (NT$600), it seems to be a little less active.

The atmosphere, cleanliness, customer service, and background music are still the best ★★★★!

I think it is better to go there on weekdays and weekends when it is crowded!

Used to fuck a girl I met in Taipei.
There were a lot of young girls there, because in the evening, a lot of Taiwanese people would come in for $300.
I was making out in the dark room when I started to feel hands reaching out from various directions, so I went to a private room. After taking a shower, we went to the steam sauna.
We were making out in the steam sauna, and then we were kissed by 4 guys, and we had a lot of fun!
But $1000 is a lot of money!

    I entered at about 6pm on 1/1.

At first I thought it might be a haze because of the older crowd, but as others have written, there were a lot of young people all at once starting at 6:30pm during happy hour.

There are several dark rooms, and many people wait near the dark rooms and if someone good enters, they follow.
The two central locations were especially popular.

We matched in the dark room and moved to the private rooms a few times.
All the people who invited me were S-class good-looking and I really enjoyed the evening!

The price is a bit high but I would like to repeat the experience.

We entered the restaurant a little before 18:00 on a Sunday and paid NT$1,000. At 18:30, there was a line to get in with local customers, local discounts, and no non-Taiwanese.
There were a lot of well-trained guys, but they were relatively shy, and although they were promiscuous in the dark, there were strangely few one-on-one sessions.
Even the steam room was pretty heaving, the guests started to pull out around 9:30pm.

I had no idea Taiwanese were so big.

    I went on November 1 around 11pm.
I didn't know that the fee had been raised to 1000 NTD.
I expected that there would be some people there since it was Friday, but there were few.
I enjoyed it a little, but I personally feel that $1000 is too expensive for that number of people in that space.
I don't think I will go back again.
