I posted a review yesterday, but I went back and checked again, so I will add this.
First of all, although they call it an onsen, there is only one small shower booth inside.
There seems to be only two masseurs, an old man in his 50s and a tall man in his 30s.
I was asked to pay 500 HKD for tip at the end of the massage, it would be better to check the minimum amount of tip first.
In this sense, I don't recommend this spa.
I guess there are some people who think they would like to take a gay massage during a travel abroad, which they usually don't do. However, in the end, I think it is more cost-effective and satisfying to take it in Japan. Especially in Hong Kong, labor costs are high and tipping is very demanding and expensive, so I do not recommend it unless you like Hong Kong guys.

Visited in July 2023.
The location has changed, from along the main street on this website to slightly inside, the location on Google Maps is correct.
The interior is smaller than the previous location, massage only? I couldn't find a sauna facility.
The staff was still the same, and I was told 350 HKD for 45 minutes, with a tip of about 300 HKD. Please note that tipping is mandatory and not good for a cheap amount.
The appearance and level of the therapist is not good as usual, and the price is 650 HKD for 45 minutes at the total, so I can't recommend it. But if you want to experience a foreign massage, it might be a good choice.
