It was conveniently located right next to Exit C1 of Mong Kok Station. The store was larger and cleaner than I expected, with a great dark zone. It's open until the morning, so you might be able to save on hotel costs.
You're only given one small towel at the reception, but there are spare towels in the rest area, so you can change as many times as you like.
There were about 10 people there at 9pm on a weekday. Most of the people seemed normal.

We went there on Friday around 5pm.
The fee was 140 HKD, about 2,500 Japanese yen. I felt it was expensive because of the weak yen. Payment is cash only.
Inside the store, there are lockers as soon as you enter, and a rest room beyond that.
The rest room has two sofas and a TV on the wall side. There is a water machine and towels can be changed here.
There are about less than 10 private rooms. The area where you enter the cruising space is strangely large, but other areas and passageways are moderately narrow and easy to approach. It was nice that it was not "pitch black" but rather dark enough to see your face and body shape and that the private rooms also had small lights.
There were always 20-30 customers at any given time, and the turnover was quite intense, with a good mix of people in their 20's to 50's. Overall, the customers were slim to slightly built.
Overall, there were people who were slim to a little worked out and those who looked middle-aged. There were no burly macho type people.
I can't write about the clientele because it's all luck.
I had sex with a fat Hong Kong guy in his 40s and a Chinese guy. If you are looking for a quick hookup on your trip, or if you are not particular about your looks and are just looking for a "who's who" kind of guy, I think you will have fun.
I went to several places during my stay in Hong Kong, but the facilities and clientele are not particularly good, so if you don't have much to do, it's okay to go there.

If you like stiffy, this is the place for you.
Make no mistake about it! I don't know what you're talking about, but there are a lot of prices.
I have been there many times and the price is 120 HKD.
They also change your towel!
The best time is 4-6pm. Sundays are a little earlier, 14:00-17:00. It's right next to the women's street, so it's a good place to go sightseeing.

Go up the stairs to the 2nd floor! The game center is on the 3rd floor and BIGTOP is on the 4th floor!

I went for the first time on Saturday around 6:30 p.m. The price was 120 HKD. When I entered the sauna, there were already about a dozen people in their 20s to 40s and of normal build. It was not loud and lively, but everyone was quite active, so it was enjoyable.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful even when I used the lockers and in-locked the key, and the place is cleaned regularly.
Personally, I like this facility!

I visited this place because the admission fee was 100 HKD according to their webste, but the receptionist asked me to pay 275 HKD in cash.
Since I only had 200 HKD in my wallet, I left to go elsewhere, but in hindsight, 275 HKD was too expensive.
