    I visited on a Friday at 7 PM and a Sunday just before 4 PM. The entry fee was 150k on Friday and 200k on Sunday. There seem to be age-based discounts, but I assume you pay the standard rate unless you specifically ask.
    The interior has been renovated and is clean; you use a designated key for your locker, and slippers are provided.
    It was quite crowded on both days. I think there were around 200 people on Friday. Sunday was especially packed; even at a time I thought might be too early, there were already a lot of people. It started getting really busy around 5 PM—I’d estimate there were several hundred people there.
    Overall, the crowd consisted mostly of muscular, stocky, or average-build guys; there were few slim types.
    Most were in their 20s or 30s, though there were older guys too.
    Things get pretty aggressive in the dark areas on the third floor, so it’s probably best to spot your "type" in the well-lit areas and follow them.
    People reacted positively when they realized I was Japanese; I hit it off with one guy, and after leaving, we went for a meal and karaoke, then spent the night at my hotel and went all the way.
    Since I prefer slim guys, there weren't many who were exactly my type, but there were plenty of locals, and I had a great time.
    I visited this place for the first time because the nearby Dream Sauna seems to have gone out of business.

    I went there the day before yesterday, a Friday, starting at 4 PM. It was tucked away in a cluster of houses at the end of a narrow road.
    There were a lot of motorbikes at the entrance, but inside there were probably only about 12 people at most.
    Maybe because the student discount is 50,000 dong, there were tons of younger-looking guys—like 15 or 16, high school age—who were super bubbly and had that "flamboyant/effeminate" vibe. Whenever I passed them, most would grab my crotch or chase me around, begging for a kiss—it was actually pretty funny.
    I lean towards the "top" role and usually go for older or masculine types, so it wasn't exactly my scene, but I still had a fun time hooking up twice each with a super sexy guy in his 30s and a pair of total perverts in their 40s.
    The standard rates—150,000 dong on weekdays and 200,000 on weekends—seem pretty steep for locals; they told me they usually go to cheaper places.

    At the entrance, they asked my age. When I showed my passport and Japanese student ID, they initially quoted the age-discount price of 70,000 dong, but another staff member came over, pointed to the word "STUDENT" on my ID, and lowered it to 50,000 dong.
    However, they tried to take a photo of my passport and student ID side-by-side with a smartphone. I immediately refused and said I'd just pay the regular rate, so they ended up taking a photo where they covered everything except the date of birth with their fingers or a piece of paper.
    They suggested registering for Face ID, but I was too scared and turned that down.
    Do locals really not mind having their IDs photographed like that?
    Even though I was abroad, I felt really uncomfortable having my personal info recorded at a gay venue. Having my life ruined over a few hundred yen would be a total nightmare.

    The entrance fee on weekends was 200K. Small souvenirs available at the reception were a bargain at 170K.

    The entrance fee has been raised to 150,000. It was extremely crowded even on a weekday afternoon. I get the feeling that there are more young people there, perhaps due to the youth discount and the closure or price increases of other establishments, but I don't know for sure. There are many private rooms with proper mattresses, so if you want to eat and make a mess, this is the only place to go. I recommend it. They were also recruiting members with facial recognition registration.

    I went there on a Saturday night at the end of May 2026.

    There were lots of bright, friendly young people in their teens and twenties, including locals, Asians, and Europeans. It was great; I enjoyed not only the sex but also the conversations.

    There are discounted rates based on age, but no ID was required. Most people were wearing towels outside the dark areas. Free water is available on each floor. They don't seem to have condoms or lubricant, but if you don't use those, you can go empty-handed.

    I went on a Saturday afternoon. It was a little less than a 15-minute drive from my hotel in District 1. The sauna is located on a narrow alley, so I was dropped off on the main street and walked. It was daytime when I went, but it might be a bit lonely in the dark.

    The price is 120,000 VND, but they told me it was 70,000 VND because of an event and I had a good physique. There were various other prices and Vietnamese writing, so it seems there are discounts if you meet certain conditions.

    The facility is really clean and gives a sense of security. By the way, the lockers are quite small, so I recommend avoiding large luggage. Overall, there were a lot of young people; perhaps everyone except me (early 50s) was young. There were a few good-looking and muscular men, though.

    The sauna on the 4th floor didn't have a particularly cruising atmosphere. Also, the entire 4th floor was hot, so I, being sensitive to heat, mostly enjoyed myself on the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor, there are rows of private rooms at the front, and the dimly lit space at the back is intense. There were groups of people having a great time everywhere, and I also had a fantastic time with quite a few kids.

    This was my first visit, but compared to popular saunas in the suburbs, it's incredibly close, convenient, and cheap. The clientele was also great, so I think this will be my only choice next time.

    It was a very clean facility, just as its reputation had promised. I went there after 3 PM on a Sunday, and there were already three people waiting in line. The friendly receptionist told me it would cost 150,000 VND, so I entered.

    Right after checking in, I was at the lockers. There were large and small towels inside, and I put on the special sandals located underneath the lockers to get started. The lockers were IC-type, so security was good. There were also about 10 people changing on the locker floor, and it was already time for a first orgasm.

    There were also showers and toilets on the first floor. The second floor had a bar-like area and massage chairs. The third floor had private rooms, a pitch-black room, and a dimly lit room. In the pitch-black room, you couldn't see people's faces, so it felt like you were touching them to check out their bodies. When I entered the dark room, just like on the first floor, I was overwhelmed by the number of people there. I was constantly being checked and touched. Soon, one person was sucking me off, and another was licking my nipples, and I soon ejaculated.

    There were two saunas on the fourth floor. You could see in through the glass windows, which created a perfect atmosphere. There was also a dimly lit bathtub, but it somehow felt a bit unwelcoming.

    As time went on, more and more people gathered. There were a few elderly Caucasian men here and there, as well as young locals and middle-aged dandies, and the clientele ranged from slim to muscular. I had a muscular guy give me a blow job in the dimly lit room before leaving. As I was leaving, there were several people waiting to pay. The system was set up so that you could put your IC key in a basket next to the reception desk and leave automatically. It felt more like a tourist spot or a field trip, but it wasn't overtly erotic, and I had a fun time.

    I went there on Friday, 11/14. The place was being renovated and dramatically cleaned up ... but the cleanliness seemed to have lost its former lewd atmosphere. There were fewer people and the age range was higher than before. There was an old man who persistently interrupted us while we were flirting, which made me think that persistent old men are everywhere. The Jacuzzi was under renovation until 11/30, but the construction progress was not such that it could be completed on 11/30. I hope the Jacuzzi will be completed and the place will be as exciting as before.

    The reception staff was friendly.
    The interior is very clean. It is as clean as a new public bathhouse in Japan. The first floor has lockers, shower rooms, and toilets.

    The second floor has a simple bar, smoking area, four massage chairs and private rooms. There is also a dark zone.

    The fourth floor has a sauna, Jacuzzi, and a dark zone, but it is too dark everywhere. You can't see anything at all.
    The only place to see faces is on the staircase floor.

    The clientele seemed to be mainly in their 40's. It was after 7pm on a Friday, but I didn't see any young children. It was after 7pm on a Friday, but I didn't see any young girls. There was a big fat guy, a balding old man sitting in front of the stairs all the time, and a fat guy with glasses devouring what looked like fruit on the 4th floor stair floor for free.

    The cleanliness of the facility is good. Climbing and descending the stairs is quite difficult.

    The interior construction is progressing dramatically, and what a surprise! The building has been transformed into a stylish atmosphere! Lockers, showers, shower and shower-enema toilets are located behind the reception desk on the first floor. On the second floor, there are four private rooms with soft mattresses. I think the clientele is getting better! I don't know. The entrance fee is the same as the weekend 120K! I recommend it!
