    It was a very clean facility, just as its reputation had promised. I went there after 3 PM on a Sunday, and there were already three people waiting in line. The friendly receptionist told me it would cost 150,000 VND, so I entered.

    Right after checking in, I was at the lockers. There were large and small towels inside, and I put on the special sandals located underneath the lockers to get started. The lockers were IC-type, so security was good. There were also about 10 people changing on the locker floor, and it was already time for a first orgasm.

    There were also showers and toilets on the first floor. The second floor had a bar-like area and massage chairs. The third floor had private rooms, a pitch-black room, and a dimly lit room. In the pitch-black room, you couldn't see people's faces, so it felt like you were touching them to check out their bodies. When I entered the dark room, just like on the first floor, I was overwhelmed by the number of people there. I was constantly being checked and touched.     I went there on Friday, 11/14. The place was being renovated and dramatically cleaned up ... but the cleanliness seemed to have lost its former lewd atmosphere. There were fewer people and the age range was higher than before. There was an old man who persistently interrupted us while we were flirting, which made me think that persistent old men are everywhere. The Jacuzzi was under renovation until 11/30, but the construction progress was not such that it could be completed on 11/30. I hope the Jacuzzi will be completed and the place will be as exciting as before.

    The reception staff was friendly.
    The interior is very clean. It is as clean as a new public bathhouse in Japan. The first floor has lockers, shower rooms, and toilets.

    The second floor has a simple bar, smoking area, four massage chairs and private rooms. There is also a dark zone.

    The fourth floor has a sauna, Jacuzzi, and a dark zone, but it is too dark everywhere. You can't see anything at all.
    The only place to see faces is on the staircase floor.

    The clientele seemed to be mainly in their 40's. It was after 7pm on a Friday, but I didn't see any young children. It was after 7pm on a Friday, but I didn't see any young girls. There was a big fat guy, a balding old man sitting in front of the stairs all the time, and a fat guy with glasses devouring what looked like fruit on the 4th floor stair floor for free.

    The cleanliness of the facility is good. Climbing and descending the stairs is quite difficult.

    The interior construction is progressing dramatically, and what a surprise! The building has been transformed into a stylish atmosphere! Lockers, showers, shower and shower-enema toilets are located behind the reception desk on the first floor. On the second floor, there are four private rooms with soft mattresses. I think the clientele is getting better! I don't know. The entrance fee is the same as the weekend 120K! I recommend it!

    It is beautiful, but there are not many good looking guys, probably because it is a weekday.
    I stayed for 2 hours and had a little fun with one businessman.
    I got the impression that Vietnamese people's dicks are smaller than those in Thailand.

    There were a wide range of ages from 20's to 70's (?).
    There was not a single white or black person, which was unusual.

    There were almost no people who looked like they had muscle training.

    We started in around 5pm on Friday the 11th.
    There are about 40 people in various places, ranging from 20s to 40s. There were rather many slender ones, and 2 or 3 thick ones. I couldn't sit down in the steam room, so I stood up and suddenly two of them touched me.
    I have been here several times, but this was my first time with FTM. I think everyone is very active and you can't go wrong with them.

    I rushed in the sauna after 8:30pm. Probably the peak had passed, so there were not many people there already. Still, the dark room on the 4th floor was busy until 9:00 p.m., so I had fun with two guys. The clientele was mainly in their 30's, ranging from normal-sized to stocky. The vibe was good, but I didn't feel like going into a private room.
    The steam room was also very lively. I think the peak time was from 6pm to 8pm. The groove is not bad, so if you aim for the peak time, you can enjoy it.

    It attracts customers and is crowded on weekends.
    The main age group is over 30 years old.
    If you are not picky, you'll have a good time if you stay in the 3rd floor left room beds and the 4th floor right room 1st back.
    It is also important to have a massage chair. (In early hours, you will be touched there as well)

    I checked out of my hotel and entered the gay sauna just after it opened at 12:00 p.m. There was a reception desk outside on the first floor, where I paid the admission fee of 100k, received an IC key, and went up the stairs to the second floor. The receptionist was a handsome, thin, macho man.
    There are shoe boxes and lockers on the second floor, and you change your clothes. The IC key on the wristband is used to open and close the lockers, which have the same number as the key, so it is very convenient. There are about three chairs on the staircase landing, so you can check your appearance here! The air conditioner is on and it is dark. Right -> 4 massage chairs, 4 private rooms with locks, toilet and shower in the back, 2 sofas at the far end. 4F right -> a dark zone like a maze, standing in a row by the wall⁉Left: dry and mist saunas, Jacuzzi and shower.
    I'm not sure of the age range, but there were a few young machos there, and I had a great time interacting with their smooth skin and big bulge. There were a number of people around, some of whom were touching me, and some of whom were just watching. The music was loud and the atmosphere was very lively, but I don't understand Vietnamese, so when they spoke to me, I didn't understand what they were saying...? I don't know the nationality of the people, but I don't think there were any Caucasians! It took me about 15 minutes by grab from the 1st district, and it cost me about 50k. The staff was friendly and the customers were kind. It was my first time here, so I can't compare it with other places, so I'll try sauna69 next time!
