This is a sauna I used to visit many times before COVID-19 pandemic. Today's admission fee was TWD 330, with no discount for Friday. It's been eight years since I last visited, and it's bright and slightly renovated. It's 4 p.m., but there aren't many people there. I'll stay a little longer to see how it goes.

I just went there, but the guy at the front desk told me it was 350 yuan. The price list on the wall said 250 yuan, and the young guy sitting next to me said it was 250 yuan. But the guy looked at the young guy like he was saying, 'This guy doesn't seem to understand the language, so 350 yuan is fine for him,' so I left immediately. Not only is it blatant overcharging, but at this point, it seems like they might try to steal money or pick pockets. That guy's face said it all. I'll never set foot in a place like that again.

First visit on Friday afternoon/evening, September 19. I had checked with Google Map in advance, so I arrived without hesitation. The entrance is in a narrow alley lined with stores from the street. As you can see in the photo, a red lantern is the landmark. There was a chubby man at the reception desk and I gave him 280 Taiwan dollars. He gave me a padlocked locker key and I went inside. The shower room is huge. The shower room is huge. There is a bathtub, but it looks like it hasn't been used for a long time and is covered in dust. I took a shower in the high ceiling, which gave me a great sense of freedom. Since it was a weekday afternoon, I didn't see anyone close to my age or younger, so I decided to take a break while watching TV for the time being. An older man came next to me and after a while started touching my thighs. I thought it was okay, but then he grabbed my arm and made me lift it up and sniffed and licked my armpit. After that, a waitress who could speak Japanese came and showed me around the store and talked with me about various things. There was a karaoke room in the basement, and several people were there singing all the time. There were more private rooms than I expected, and I thought it must have been prosperous in the past. After that, my uncle invited me into a private room, but it was only vanilla. Inside the private room, there was a bare light bulb, individually wrapped lotion? Rubber? There were a lot of lubricants and rubbers in a small box in the private room. On my way home, the Japanese-speaking waitress told me that I could go out, but I had some business to attend to, so I left. They gave me a moon cake as a souvenir. w When I left, kids around my age and younger started coming, so I thought maybe I should expect to see them late on weekdays and on weekends. At any rate, it was cheap, so I thought I could go back there to cool off when I was hot and tired from being out.

We went on a Saturday around 4pm for an overnight stay. It was quite crowded when we entered, and we had to wait for our turn to use the showers, which had about 8 units. The receptionist could speak some Japanese and gave us a lot of detailed information. The weekend stay is 24 hours for NT$280, and you can only go out once for a maximum of 6 hours, so we went to Xinyi Dist. on the way back after a relaxing meal at Din Tai Fung. Most of the guests went to sleep in their private rooms early in the evening, but there were plenty of private rooms available, so we never ran out of places to sleep. You can spend your time watching TV on the sofa, searching the Internet on the built-in computer, or eating food bought at a nearby convenience store. The age range was high, in their late 40s and up.

We went on a weekday Tuesday. The entrance is perfect for Asian chaos lovers who suddenly appear in a very atmospheric market. There is a reception counter at the entrance, and when I told them it was my first visit, they gave me a detailed tour of the building. The locker area is also well maintained, but it is spacious, and I could see that it is probably quite crowded on weekends. There is also a karaoke room in the basement. The shower room is spacious and still has the appearance of the large bathtub it once had. There is a dry and steam sauna, but I thought it was too small to be called a "sauna. The private room area consists of 2.5-mat rooms and 3-mat rooms, each of which is equipped with a fan. The size of the facility is large for its location in the city, and if you don't mind the oldness, you can enjoy it.

I went on 2025.4.1. It happened to be a Tuesday. Admission was NT$200. I took a shower and went straight into the sauna. A 57 year old Taiwanese guy invited me to a private room and we played and talked for over 3 hours. It was a cold rainy day and a weekday, so I did not have high expectations. The guy told me that on Tuesdays and Fridays, the price is NT$200. I had a good memory.

This is a decent sauna, the owner is very kind and also the helpers (the Daytime Male Receptionist in his 20s is very cute and so is the 40-ish volunteer who always gives blankets to clients and occasionally offers sweets to patrons), a bit rundown but this amplifies its charm as I personally clean the Toilet with Hot water before and after using, they also thoughtfully lend clients slippers though I always bring and use my own, I would personally revisit it on my next Taipei trip. Plus outside there are takeaway restaurants that serve RoastDuck & if you're picky, there's a 7-11 outlet in Lane 80 where I eat by 8pm when they're offering a 35% discount for selected Bento boxed meals which you can ask the kind store clerk to reheat in the Microwave 🙆

I am 42 years old and skinny. I came to the sauna because I like guys of all genres. There were about 10 people in the sauna, and both customers and employees were chatting with each other in a lively atmosphere. Even though there was a language barrier, I was able to join in the conversation. There happened to be a guy who was my type, so we played. If you are looking for a hard-core play, you may be disappointed, but if you are into an old guy, you will have a good time!

I went there on the afternoon of New Year's Day. The price was 280 TWD instead of 350 TWD because it was New Year's Day. There were about 20 elderly regulars. They were having a wellness meeting at the sofa. The steam sauna and dry sauna were working. The bathtub was used as a storage. It was slightly touched up and that was the end of it. It was more like a social gathering than a cruising place. It's not that clean, so I think I'll go somewhere else next time.

I went there for the first time in 3 1/2 years... and it wasn't good.
It was a Sunday in the middle of a 5-day holiday and it was near empty. There were not former employees there, probably due to Covid-19 pandemic?
It seems that a few customers have moved to Peng Qun Sauna, the former Imperial Palace Sauna.
There used to be two baths, but now they are not in operation and are used for storage, and there is only one steam bath.
I probably won't go there in the future.
But it might be a paradise for those who are very old men lovers...
