Full massage 60 minutes 500K VND, minimum insertion tip 1000K VND, total 1500K VND - transparent pricing. Credit card payment OK, tip included! If you register the shop's WhatsApp (+84 941834515), you can get a picture of the boy and make a reservation in advance. It seems to be the type of shop where the boy comes to work after a reservation is made. I hit the jackpot with a young boy with a huge penis like a black man's!     I went on a Friday evening.
    I'd never been to a gay massage parlor, either in Japan or abroad, so I was a little excited about my first experience, but honestly, I was very disappointed.
    At first, I was the only customer, and the guy who checked me in gave me the massage. I ordered a 90-minute Swedish massage for 650k. He seemed to want me to choose the VIP course.
    He wasn't ugly, but he seemed unmotivated and cold, and frankly, he wasn't my type, but the massage itself was fairly solid. I can't really compare it since it was my first time. However, I was kept waiting for ages. After showering and lying down, I was left there for about 5 minutes. He massaged me face down, turned me over, and then left again, leaving me alone for a while. At the end, he just mechanically stimulated my nipples and penis to finish. He did let me touch him after pulling down my pants, but nothing more. Another customer was using the shower, so I was made to use the shower in the toilet. Then he just disappeared without any explanation. I had no choice but to get dressed on my own and pay at the reception. Another girl handled the payment that time, and she was much friendlier, which was nice. The minimum tip was 100, and I considered leaving the minimum, but I went with 200 just in case. It's these kinds of things that make me think, "I'm so Japanese," and it really annoys me.

    Anyway, I probably won't be going back. Honestly, it wasn't good at all.

    I visited around 4pm on a weekday at the end of January.
    I initially went to the address listed on the store's information on this website, but then realized they'd moved, so I took a Grab to the new store, paying 33,000 dong (I hope they update the information soon).
    I was worried about finding it, as it was deep in an alley, but I made it there safely and selected my course on a tablet (with Japanese displayed). I didn't get to choose the boy, and a mediocre guy in his early 20s was assigned to me.
    I was taken to a booth on the second floor to take a shower, but there was no place to stash my valuables. I later noticed a padlock under the luggage rack, so there might be a locker somewhere.
    I chose the 90-minute course and got a proper massage, and he even rubbed his legs against my hand, which was hanging from the massage bed, giving off a very erotic vibe, and by the time I lay on my back, he poured oil on my private parts and rubbed them.     When I gave him 1000k dong, he said he didn't have 50k change, so I gave him another 950k. It seemed a bit questionable whether he really didn't have any change, so I'll deduct one star.

    I was planning to visit Z Spa or Polar Spa, but saw an article saying they were closed, so I went instead.

    If you go to the location on Google Maps, you'll find it a bit of a nook and cranny. The building is clean.

    I showed up without a reservation and there were only four staff members on standby, so I was simply assigned to one without any choice.

    The 90-minute course was excellent, and the massage was excellent. There was an additional charge for the massage, asking if I wanted a B2B option, but I don't remember the additional charge, but I paid a total of 1,500,000 VND.

    The massage was great, and I liked the staff, so I'd definitely like to make a reservation and visit again if I ever visit again.

    Visited in October 25. We arrived after 7pm on a weekday. It is located in a very secluded area, but you won't get lost if you use Google map.
    Swedish 60min 450k. They seemed to be busy and refused my request for a longer course. My therapist was a short-haired, muscular, tattooed girl in her late 20's. I liked her. I personally liked her and she did her best to communicate with me using a translation app, even though she did not speak English.
    The massage was okay, and she even gave me a blow job and licked my nipples at the end. I was allowed to suck him off a little too, and he had a pretty good one. When I paid the bill, I was told that if I wanted a blow job, I would have to pay 450 k. That was 900 k. I was satisfied enough because it was about 5,500 Japanese yen.

    I went for the first time in August 2025 during Obon.
    I got there around 3pm and other guests were arriving one after another.

    I was not told to put my valuables in the locker, so I left them in the massage room and went to the shower room completely naked and wearing only a towel.     Visited in May 2025.
    It was 850k including tip for 90 minutes of SWEDISH.
    The massage was nice there. She gave me a hand job for the remaining 30 minutes or so.

    I also went to DANI SPA in Hanoi city, but this one was better.

    You can't choose your boy, but I was lucky to get a cute Vietnamese boy who looked like Kengo Kora. I can't say that he is a good massage therapist, but he does his best. They never give you a "pull out and you're done" massage, which is common, but they do it until the end of the time. I paid 950k for 90 minutes with a minimum tip of 100k, so I gave 200k. It was about 5km from the old city center. The entrance is quiet and hard to find, but there are signs to guide you, so you won't get lost.
