In Korea, it's on the second floor, but in Japan, you'd go up the stairs to the third floor.
I told them I was Japanese at the entrance, and it cost 30,000 won.
The atmosphere and clientele reminded me of Pineapple House in Okinawa. (There was even one cross-dresser.)
The owner, staff, and customers were all very friendly and approachable. Personally, I enjoyed seeing several handsome older gentlemen!
As others have mentioned, it's very clean, apparently recently renovated. (There were a lot of materials in the hallway, so it might still be under renovation...)

Still doing some construction works...15,000 Won went in at 1pm Monday...6 persons total...shower room extremely small,4 showers...2 large dark rooms,,,,8 small dark rooms..all with small black curtain..rather dark...IF you want to meet someone under age of 45 forget it...other commenters say and know customers are all older...many other sauna's on other side of Seoul.better if you are looking for younger...

I went on a Sunday afternoon, and there were even fewer people than last time.
Recently, they've been adding extra charges if they realize you're a foreigner.
The price is strictly 12,000 during the day.
In my case, it was 12,000, then 15,000, then 22,000.
When I left, I saw the sign and it had gone up to 30,000.
At this rate, they might charge you extra at checkout.
If this happens, please report it to the tourist police.

I went in around 1 PM on Friday and it was 17,000 won!
Is it usually 12,000 won?
The customers who came in after me were also surprised.
It was good sex, so that was good.
Even if you can't speak the language, you can manage!

I thought it had closed down, but it's reopened and looks amazing!
I went in a little after 1 PM on Friday, and there were about 20-30 guys in their 50s to 70s.
As other reviews mentioned, the entrance is on the 3rd floor, and it's a small bathroom with a mist sauna and a dry sauna.
There are only 4 showers, which actually gives you a good chance to check yourself out.
Going down the stairs next to the lockers, you'll find a space with sofas that looks like a rest area.
It's already quite dim here...
Going through the curtain, it gets even darker, with two large rooms, 10 private rooms with curtains, and 2 small spaces without curtains.
You have to make a move as you pass by to get into a private room.
Recommended for those who like older guys.
They were doing quite a bit of "pakupaku" (a type of sexual activity) there too.

I had high expectations because the clientele was supposed to be the same, but it felt like a completely different place.
First of all, the management and staff were different.
They used to be everywhere on weekends, but now there's none at all.
There were a decent number of customers, but the level of lewdness and orgies had decreased.
It was so boring that I left halfway through.
It seems to be becoming just another sauna for older men.

I visited after nine months and it had been renovated and was incredibly clean.
First, the reception area had moved from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor.
The 3rd floor now houses the reception, lockers, and bath area, while the 2nd floor is the relaxation room, essentially the reverse of the previous layout.
The floor level differences have been eliminated, and the previously steep stairs are now gentler.
The towels were the same as before, but the bathrobes were new.
The showers in the bath area were now fixed, making them a little inconvenient to use.
The clientele remained unchanged.
The prices also remained unchanged.
Daytime: 12,000 won: 7:00 AM onwards
Nighttime: 17,000 won: 7:00 PM onwards

I came here today without knowing anything about it and found it completely out of business.
The inside had already been demolished.
When I came here last month, it was so prosperous that there was not even a bed. I didn't expect it to close down.
Was there something unexpected? What a pity (ToT)
I wonder where the many regular customers who used to come here will go now?
