Go straight from Exit 1 of Jongno 3-ga Station on Subway Lines 1, 3, and 5. After walking for about 3 minutes, turn right at the first big corner, and after 2-3 minutes you will see the street on your left. Enter there and go to the 3rd floor of the second building. There is a big "DVD" sign on the building.
